What is New :
1- Added Support for Offical English uclang.pk Editing. (split in 3 parts and Merge again after Edit)
2- Whole Application Re-Write From Scratch.
3- Now Translation Portion will support string as long as 65535 Character(Previously it was only 255), So old Res files will not work with this.
4- Completely new Encoder Section, now you can encode any file in UTF16 or UTF8 without any error (need Testing, whether Chines UTF8 Supported by browser or not, But it should).
5- Improved Res Section, Now during Addition of new string will check for duplicate.
6- Improved Editor Section (pb, Manifest, uct, txt, htm, html..)
7-Complete new UI hope, you like this..
